I just drank a glass of wine and really need to go to sleep (again) now. I have been ass ill for too many days and tomorrow I am going to a yoga class. I've barely started this yoga thing and I refuse to let a virus stop me entirely. Just, you know, accept it stopped me for a week and admit that tomorrow's water bottle will contain Throat Coat tea and I'll likely sit half of the class out in something stretchy but easy. Still, I am going.
