I was immensely please Grace decided I was a safe person in the Skirball madness (though I know she still generally likes any people who would lift her from it!) I liked our time on the swing, when she really did chill out. Need to upload my crappy pix.
Also, on Noah "But she's following me!" Yes, but she isn't catching you, don't worry about it. "SHE'S FOLLOWING ME." Sigh. Keep riding, bub. Ah, siblings.
A dab of paste toothpaste, or a dab of a clay mask, ideally left on overnight, will help dry up a zit.
The salicylic acid in aspirin is what clears up a zit if you grind it up and mix it with a little water to make a paste; most zit zappers are sal acid.
The best one I have found is by Origins; it's a wee bottle that will last a long time. You really only need a MERE dibbydab -- maybe the size of a 1/4 of a pea, for a big ol' zit, less for a whitehead -- twice a day, or else the area around the zit will peel a bit.
sara, but he's also super sweet with her. When we picked him up from preschool today, Grace and I were in the car. He said hi to me and then held her hand. When he went to bed, he brushed his teeth and came flying out to give me kiss, but then he went to Grace and blew her a kiss, without being prompted.
He can be jerky and a love bug.
Okay, I have to say that this cow photo is my favorite. It's my kids as cows holding hands: [link]
Kat, I just moved *here*!
COWS HOLDING HANDS!
Also? Jerky and a love bug both is sort of the age.
Those two kids are adorable!
I should thank y'all for the link to the blog about dying the kids' hair because Franny wants to put some silly color in her hair. But I'm not OK with putting bleach on a kid's head so I'm not sure I trust that site.
What did you use Cashmere? Manic Panic?
Grace! In pink and black! Eeeee, dead from cute.
First--Noah and Grace are the adorablest. The cows!
Spidra, try our fave online clothing emporium, Duluth Trading Company. Great quality and good prices. [link]
Thanks, Scrappy! They don't seem to have quilt-lined flannel shirts, but they look like a good site for other wintry things.
