Oh, you know what Kat, I don`t know. I really want to, but we kind of overextended the finances this trip pretty severely, and I don`t know if we can afford NAMM. I still hope so, but we`ve got to let the dust settle and see where we are.

Hmmm... I can live with uncertainty since it doesn't mean no. You could always stay here so it would be free housing!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, that would definitely help.

The downside is we have a twin bed so we'd also have to find the aerobed to supplement. Oh. And our household wakes at 5:00 AM. The first downside is not so downsidey, but the second one is sort of harsh.

I was almost gonna post what Kat did (but without the proper names of stuff and mom authority,) cause unfortunately either I gave Grace this cold or she gave it to me or we both got it from somewhere else, since we both were felled pretty close to each other. I'd envy her the suckmachine except it's gotta...suck to not to be able to clear your throat without such a thing. I just hack it out. It's harder for her.

but the second one is sort of harsh.

Not really. I mean, yes, I have a time difference, but the giggles and chatter, from and to the kids? Yeah, big motivation to wake up, if not get up. Sometimes I just lay there listening cause it was so adorable.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Seriously jealous of the Noah and Grace and Kat and Sara and ita having people.

But...that's what she comes to take care of!

But if she can't find the floor, it makes it a little harder to vacuum.

I did just enough to not feel like a total disgrace, and am calling it a day.

Dimples are killer.

Last post triggered a memory. When my grandparents visited, my parents always put them up in the master and slept on the pullout. My mother was bewildered as to why they, notorious early risers, weren't, when visiting. Her mom told her it was because they liked to listen to the household awake in its own, the joy in the quiet, and not intrude. I get that.
