Because books.

I just saw something on the Cooking Channel (I don't know why I need both a Food Network and a Cooking Channel, and but I've got them, so I'll watch them)

Cooking Channel has different shows, though! FoodJammers was sort of trippy the other night, too.

information libertarian

Oh, don't stress about it. I just thought you might be like, "Oh, you must get X at Y!!" But I am just browsing around.

For the record, I want everything at Thinkgeek except for the humping-dog usbs.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I like it! I just didn't realize that the Food Network was full, I guess. Food(ology) is what I can't stop watching.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't eat out enough, I think. They are local, yeah? So much easier if they aren't -- Legal's!!

Then, hey, congratulations to Sweet Nilly and the lucky papa-to-be for being all knocked up!

Punishingly Intricate

-t, I'm glad that you were able to do this, and I hope that you are doing okay. Hugs to you.

What Vortex said.

I was wondering what prompted an unusual bajillion posts and NILLY! MANY MANY toenibbles in your future! That's wonderful news!

-t, hope you are ok.

I'll report back on lisah's final choice of vows, since she'll probably be busy right after!

I am home. Of course, that was with a stop at the pool on the way home, as if that shocks anyone. 50 laps was a bit harder than a week ago, but that's just as likely the headcold. I can't really dive deep without OWHEADVICE (normally would do 46+6, but couldn't do the 2 that involve swimming half the pool on the bottom.)

I hope Grace's cold is resolving as quickly (she doesn't try diving under 5 ft of water, so that shouldn't be an issue.) May be taking a sick day to speed the recovery time tomorrow.

I hope Noah recovered from his meltyface quickly from when they dropped me off. I know it is just 3.5 disliking change, but I have to admit to sympathetic tearing up when he did that. Especially given how much he talked up "sharing" his room with me and needing reassurance I wasn't leaving TG night. Yes, the age, but indulge me. He LIKED me, right??

Cats are happy to see me, and healthy as ever and all is in order.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

My bet on what they were doing with the beets in the red velvet cake was using beet juice as natural red food coloring. I don't know how you get the juice from the beets, but I've seen several recipes that use it as a coloring, so I assume it doesn't make everything taste like beets.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, poor Noah-noodle! Did he think that everyone was going to go away on Turkey Day? Not sara!
