I'm impressed too, Sophia. I'm well aware of the amount of scrimping you put into this.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am still so lazy, after not doing a damned thing yesterday! Ah well.

YAY Sophia! That's wonderful. Also, good luck Erin!

I am in the middle of processing 6 quart-jars of turkey stock. The stock I made in the crockpot looks and tastes totally different than the stock that bubbled on the stove top. Any thoughts on why?

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

The intensity of the flame applied, maybe, Kat? I'll be doing the same thing this afternoon, but I'll just be using a stockpot and the stove. I'll have to remember the crockpot; never thought about it for stock making.

Thanks for the good luck, guys! I am about to hop in the shower after I'm done with my coffee; I am pretty well-prepared, and the interview's at noon (2 1/2 hours my time) so I have plenty of time to review the website and wake my brain up and all.

I dreamt of zombies ALL DAMN NIGHT.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Thank you all!

Kat, does it boil on the stove, and not in the crockpot?

Yes, Sophia, it does.

But I think I have the problem solved. What went into the crockpot (both times) were things that could fit -- leg bones, thigh bones, spine, etc. What went into the stockpot on the stove was the breast bone and ribs. So it might be the white meat/dark meat difference because there was certainly meat attached to both.

WOO to the HOO, Sophia. SUPER DUPER!

Slept in like a sloth, good times. We have massages at 11, mac's first. Then working a bit at a food drive the church is doing, then home to clean and start Christmas decorating.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Good morning peeps!

I should be either grading, bathing kids, or cleaning up a bit. Instead I am purchasing lipsticks over the internets and saying hi to y'all. Oops.

On the grading front just 18 or so papers to go, and I managed to grade 9 yesterday. If I can keep up that pace, I can finish the whole batch.
