You'd never make it. I'd rip your spine out before you got half a step. Those little legs wouldn't be much good without one of those.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm guessing Perkins has not seen/will not see Hannibal.

This is very true, especially having read the book.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

This is very true, especially having read the book.

Just thinking about the book freaks me back out. I can mostly watch the CM ep. I even mostly saw Hannibal but it was not at the theater and there was a heck of a lot of face hiding.

My life would be easier if I either could watch the scary or didn't like the scary.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Yeah, that was a collective Saturday morning WTF?? Boil order is extended to 3pm Sunday.

My father is appropriately scornful of the idea. It seems like it's a pretty massive overreaction for the sake of caution.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I agree with your dad, to be honest.

He said it was kind of ridiculous in a city known for eating raw oysters.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Perchloride in Barstow's water has been declared a state emergency. They're drinking nothing but bottled water out there. And LA County just warned folks to be careful about swimming in the ocean and rivers/canals here because the rains might be driving more bacteria/pollution into them... Something in the air (or water) lately...

Now tagless for your comfort.

I have a skate demo tonight at a local bar. Here's hoping I don't fall on my ass in front of a bunch of strangers.

Good luck, Cash! Avoid those injuries...

Don't break anyone's arm, either! Good luck.
