Had a Garmin nuvi and Magellan, both were fine. Although the Garmin's battery stopped charging after two years or so.

We need a proper GPS but for now we just use the free iPhone app.

In me news, the USPS is lying and saying it tried to deliver my nail polish to me today--at a time when I was in the house no less! And they are also lying and saying they left a notice--if so it disappeared. I am annoyed, mostly because I WANT that polish, but also because now I have to go pick it up myself just because the postal worker is being a lazy ass.

I have to say, I'm not looking forward to a) going into the smelly office again tomorrow and b) running out of pain meds early. No response today from the doc. And if he tells me to work less....there will be grump.

Smelly office without pain meds is reason enough for grump.

Gah. We have the worst mail carrier in the world. Twice in the past couple of years she's decided the mailboxes are "dangerous" and refused to deliver at all for a month or more. More recently, after two occasions when I had packages coming and found "attempted delivery" notices on the box on days when I was at home, then had the redeliver forms ignored for a week or so, I actually filed a complaint.

Now I've lost my mail key. The box is bulging it's so full. I've left notes on three separate days when I've been home asking her to ring the bell so I can come grab the shit. Yeah, not so much.

I'm getting a new key made, but I'm almost at the point of renting a box. I won't have packages delivered regardless. They'll all go to work from now on.

If I do get a box, I'll definitely be filing another complaint.

I can't use these pain meds at work anyway, because they make me loopy. But they don't work as long, so far, on the headaches I've brought home.

I need to reach some understanding with Dr. F over this. Construction on my floor is slated to go to the end of the year. And then there will be construction on the other floor where I spend time until March. My work days will be hard enough, but my evenings and weekends are going to be horrendous.
