I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I am eating cold jambalaya.

I think those sound pretty good, Suzi. It may depend on the venue. Where are you planning on selling them? Locally? Etsy? Ebay?

Pretty!

I had Sara at the Y for swim lessons and I was watching the lap lanes for a while.

Aw, I love watching the lessons.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Currently it is for a work craft fair. Booths are available to employees only.

Eventually I'd like to try Etsy. I have looked there and the larger ornaments are more in the $25 or so range.

So it was a tornado the other night: [link]

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

The ticket is from 2006, and it's for expired tags, and no proof of insurance. I just have to go to the courthouse on Monday and set up a payment plan with a judge.

That's one of the best things about getting around to something one is fear-procrastinating on - you often find it's less scary than you thought it would be. I'm glad this turned out to be the case for you, Erin.

I haven't *yet* done an onerous task today although I did one yesterday. I vacuumed the entire 2nd story, which really kills my hands. An onerous task I need to start on is cleaning my bedroom/going through my moving boxes. But daylight is at such a premium for me right now I didn't want to do it during the day. I need all the sunlight I can get.

Just spent some time talking to my dad. He's doing research for his second historical novel. Lots of interesting and not-so-interesting info about Chinese settlement/ownership in Mexicali and Western water rights... He got to talking about one of my nephews, saying that he'd gotten big into mythology. (Which is something I was big into when I was young and something I still remain interested in.)

"He's like you...really into dinosaurs like you were."

"Dad, you must be thinking about one of the boys."

"No, you were really into dinosaurs."

"I can assure you that wasn't me."

"There you go again...just because YOU don't remember it, it can't be true."

My dad has always been the kind of guy to insist that he's right no matter what, but it's getting even more annoying now that his memory is getting really bad. Mine isn't so hot, either, but I actually *can* remember the major details of my own life.

Suzi, this etsy shop has some priced from $15-$35, but I can't see what size they are: [link]

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

sarameg, we got some really hard wind and rain that night, as well. I like listening to it, but it always makes me just a little scared, too.

Because books.

I think $15 to $18 might be good to start, Suzi, but I'm not great at pricing stuff.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Could be Norovirus.

That pretty much covers the symptoms. Do not like.
