Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

ita, yes. I do think it has a shorter rotation.

What do I know? I am wearing the same pair of jeans tomorrow to a work thing that I wore today. Too Damn Bad.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Burrell, everyone not Ronald Reagan is left of Thatcher.

I seriously laughed out loud at that one.

Did I ever mention seeing her when I was in London? I was being the usual sightseer and went to take a peek at 10 Downing Street. The door opened and out she came, entered a waiting car, and drove off. Sour look on her face. I realized later when I was reading the newspaper that she was off to fire one of her ministers or some such.

I'm looking for the kid's show where Thatcher basically went on a rant about giving no quarter to terrorists (IRA, I believe). Please to name some English kid's shows!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I went to Downing St when I was in London. They picked a ragtag bunch of international kids, and they followed us around the city, and at the end we went to Downing St and sat down with Mags and asked her questions for a televised interview. She was pretty nice. I wish I could remember what I asked her, as I sat at her knee. But I do remember what I was wearing, and the tour of the house.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

That is so cool!

Also cool: I finished my federal reporting! Whoo! And technically with three days to the deadline. Not really because weekend, but still!

So tomorrow, state reporting and general wrap-up. Put away laundry and finalize house cleaning. Launder linens. And I think I'll have time to get in to town and go to the post office and get my hair cut. I hope! If I'm not sick! But I am going to bed now, whohoo!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh, Allyson -- I'm so glad I've got my copies already!
