Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Seriously--some of you guys see an actual heart with &hearts? That's so fucking wrong, but at least I can transfer my ire to whatever browser you're using that's ignoring, oh, HTML.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Firefox. All I see are hearts.

Forgot what computer I was on. IE is not autofixing them.

I just checked with Safari too, and it gives hearts. Here in proper HTML land (Opera, so it's pretty much just me), all I see is &hearts every time someone does it. But if they put on the ;, which is what makes it an HTML entity, then I see a heart.

People forgiven, browser developers given the stinkeye. I wonder how many entities they shortcut.
