Tara: 'Your One-Stop Spot to Shop for Lots of New-Age and Occult Items.' Catchy. Giles: Think so? Tara: Uh huh. In a... hard to say sorta way.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I am in theory okay with earlier sunlight in the morning (I tend to work late enough that I go home in dusk or at night half the year, so the time change doesn't change much on that front). However, the sun's path had changed just enough that glare no longer made it difficult to see my laptop screen when it's on my desk before work in the morning, and now we're back to being dazzled by sunbeams in the eyes.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And now, as I think about Angel in the Morning, I am thinking of some rap song that sampled it, and the earworm is "closer than my peeps you are to me".

Wow, I forgot about that song. But now it's BACK.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Actually, that led me to thinking about the Fresh Air from the other day with the writers of Fiddler on the Roof, which had me thinking Gwen Stefani, so now I'm back to mashing up If I Were A Rich Man.

Because I know that the rest of you were wondering:

Angel by Shaggy (yes, the "It Wasn't Me" guy)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

"It Wasn't Me" guy

The "Mr. Boombastic" guy?

Ann, that's a ferret.

There's some rap song that I keep hearing bits of on the radio, something like, "She's not like other girls you knew before, not like your typical neighborhood whore. I'm trying to find the words to describe this girl without being disrespectful."

"Sexy Chick." Credited to David Guetta, who produces (hyperbole alert) just about everything dance-y on pop radio these days. Falls into my "catchy tune, deserves better lyrics" category.

The "Mr. Boombastic" guy?

One and the same.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Thanks for the earworm.
