We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Glad you got to see Colin, ita. Hope your treatment goes as smoothly as possible.

OMG, y'all. I cleaned out the trunk of my car, including sorting usable nails from bent ones that had spilled from my tool belt, and loaded a ton of special recyclables to take to the convenience center, including vhs tapes that had been sitting in my shed for over two years. I also tidied the kitchen and the living room a bit. All of which is massive OT win.

I'm eating cheese toast and drinking some ginger beer, and then Frankie and I shall head out to run errands.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The two oranges I bought last week might be the best oranges I've ever eaten. I wish I had gotten more! Yum.

And I am making excellent progress in cleaning off my DVR, although I still can't delete last week's TAR. I was hoping it would fall off while I was gone, but no. I don't know what the problem is.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I've got a pending offer to be a cashier at Star Market a mile from my house -- pending because there is a background check, which I probably should have more confidence that I will pass.

So not quite momentous news as to be put into Beep Me, but cheerifying just the same. Money coming in and all that, even if it's not a career-type of job, but enough to keep the wolf from the door and the mortgage paid....

Yay for that, Theo! Get ready to make friends with my father, if you're there in the daytime...

Compassionately intolerant

Yay for the job Theo. I hope it is fun most of the time and that the peace of mind ratchets down any stress. Plus, a mile from home...bonus!

yay job, Theo. Even if it isn't precisely what you had envisioned.

I hope everything goes well for the job, Theo. Maybe you'll be able to contribute to Not Always Right: [link]

Oh, I'm certain I'll get my chance to interact with the Crazeee Customerz. This is the little Star Market tucked away on Beacon Street, which is the closest chain grocery store to the Harvard and Lesley campuses and dorms -- I'm sure it wouldn't still be open otherwise. There's always parking, never seems to be huge lines, et cetera.

I'm just contemplating that I will probably be getting health care insurance -- probably not great benefits -- but that will save me a bunch of money compared to buying it on my own, which makes the $9/hour go quite a bit further in my own personal down-sized economy.

I may also be joining a union!

Ah -- forget it about my father, then!

That's great news about insurance.
