Man I was sooo unhappy with the phone I got to replace my lost one. I was despairing over it! And then I called my provider (Credo) and it was SUPER easy to exchange it for a new, I really hope BETTER!, phone. There's a reason I've been a customer of the theirs for almost 20 years.

I had mashed cauliflower once, in place of mashed potatoes, and I hate to say, it was sort of yummy. Butter, parmesan, and salt do wonders.
Roasted cauliflower tastes like a whole different vegetable from cauliflower prepared in other ways. It gets very nutty and yummy.

Full disclosure, I also really like steamed cauliflower, and raw in small portions, but roasted is hella good.
Roasted cauliflower is one of the few vegetables I can get my son to eat. Both kids love them.
