Or maybe you could just be Buffy, he'll see your amazing heart, and he'll fall in love with you.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Chips are creepy for people. Not so much for dogs.

Because books.

Sparky, I would tell him they're perfectly safe, and if he doesn't like tags and takes her collar off to suck it up and deal.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Your task should not wait for the next day either.

COME ON BABY!!!

Well, Sparky, if he doesn't like tags and he doesn't keep the collar on then he doesn't have much room to gripe.

I agree with this. Doesn't like tags, the collar, or the chip? Maybe he doesn't actually want a pet?

Maybe he doesn't actually want a pet?

He actually adores Sass, but in his world "noting is going to happen." I love his optimism, but boy-o does it get on my nerves sometimes.

I just needed some reassurance that I wasn't doing a really bad thing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I actually meant, "maybe he wants a dog friend who wants to hang around and never wanders off or anything," not maybe he hates the dog. I realize you couldn't read my mind! But we were actually on the same page.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sparky, this just happened here in town. I'm having Cody chipped and he doesn't get more than four feet away from me most of the time.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I have to say I kinda feel the same way about the chip. But I don`t mind the tags. Although now that you remind me, I need to replace the current one as it`s pretty worn down and I think I`m actually supposed to get a county id tag.

Swouncing

Skipping (how many times is it before a sigh becomes a quiet whimper?) because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is shrift's birthday.

Happy birthday, shrift! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

We actually have the tags in a bag around her neck, but in the bag they get scratched and worn down from the dirt in there, making them very hard to read and worthless if you're trying to make it easy for someone to get your dog back to you.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Cody's too small to have much of a tag.

Happy Birthday, Shrift!
