Count me in on the freezing-her-ass-off-with-no-insulation club. And we so can't afford to finish off the insulating on this house. Oh well. (We *could* turn on all the heaters, but that's another story, and marital bliss requires that I hold my tongue.)

I am sending the kids to winter camp tomorrow, in part to give me a break and let me get some work done, in part to give them someone to play with besides each other, and lastly to get them back in the swing before school begins.

I also am amused by the Squirrel Store, so you're not alone. And it made me go check up on Jacob Treebeard who is the other kid of a friend of mine on a g-tube. And their blog hasn't been updated since June, which I think is a really good thing and means their life is as normal as theirs ever is and there haven't been so many crises lately.
I really feel for you, msbelle. I hope things turn around.

I forgot to do laundry yesterday. Oops. I hope I have something clean to wear to work. I may have to dig into the, er, secondary wardrobe.

back to school. back to school. 33 outside, brrr, for us. I am totally going back to bed after I get mac to school. flannel pjs and flannel sheets and down comforter. I'll probably just move the laptop in there and stay in bed all day.
I rec'd a reprieve last night, and won't be going back to work today because the nanny is sick. K and I will go to Trader Joe's, take the dog to the vet for a blood draw, and possibly go to the building museum since it is too cold to play outside.
