Inara: So, explain to me again why Zoe wasn't in the dress? Mal: Tactics, woman. Needed her in the back. 'Sides, those soft cotton dresses feel kinda nice. It's the whole... air-flow.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I would absolutely be up for a yarn exchange.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have a puzzle or two I can add into the puzzle exchange if it happens.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'd never seen Breakfast at Tiffany's before. Why didn't someone warn me it would make me cry? Dammit.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Things always expire from WI. Not all things. I know the Starz stuff goes away frequently. I assume they only have the rights on some shows for X time.

I just really wish there were a page of "watch not or forever have to pretend you will get the dvd and watch that which we all know never happens."

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Did it make it to Kat, or is it still with Dana?

I sent it to Kat right before Christmas.

Zenkitty, I hope someone also warned you about the terrible racial caricature. I wish I could get a version of the movie with that excised.

I found a 3-pack of wee bottles of champagne. I'll be slightly ashamed if I drink all 3.

That reminds me--Have you had any magic beer this season? I almost bought some today, but I decided to go with a mini bottle of champagne instead.

That was truly horrific. What was the point? It would have been just as funny if Rourke had played a white New Yorker. As funny as intended, that is, since as it was, it wasn't funny at all. But I was warned about it, so I managed to not let it ruin my enjoyment of the movie. If "enjoyment" means collapsing in tears at the end.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Have you had any magic beer this season?

I have not, because of the gluten issues. Although, now that I think of it, I haven't actually tested whether or not beer will cause me gastrointestinal woes. I expect that it would, but I haven't tried.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister and I got mistaken for twins again today. People is weird.

Also, what's up with asking? I'm going to chalk that up to Jamaican forwardness.

Steph, I started taking Align three days ago. Since then, I've been depressed. I was hoping for something more in the "Wow, I feel good!" range than the "No one will ever love me and my life is pointless" ouvre. But rationally, I doubt the two are related. More likely I'm just PMSing really hard.
