I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Sumi, I am thinking just like the polish exchange, putting skeins in a box you don't really want anymore. We'll it through a list where people take what they want and add more to the box, then send on to the next on the list.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yarn exchange sounds like an excellent idea. I always have leftover yarn (sometimes in pretty serious quantity) from any project.

I can see the value in a puzzle exchange, also, though I'm not certain I have those lying around...

I'm pretty sure I had other thoughts but I seem to have lost them while typing this much.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I would totally do a yarn exchange! But I would be like the beginning of the nail polish round robin. I would not actually have that much to contribute! I used up lots of my little scrap making the bell ornaments this Christmas. They totally came out cute.

So, no fondue tonight. We're going to do mashed potatoes, bratwurst and steamed broccoli.

Oh, right! The other thought was my Kitchenaid! I leave it out. Because it's red. And that's awesome. It does take a lot of counter space, but I have counter space in this kitchen.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I have yarn that I can send to whoever starts it off, if you do this. I don't need any in return so it might be more useful to seed the pot than to wait til it came around to me.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hey, speaking of the polish, where is the box? Did it make it to Kat, or is it still with Dana?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

A yarn box makes so much sense! Not that I do any yarn crafts, but I can see it being awesome.

I am having port wine cheese spread on crackers for dinner.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Random hysteria from the holidays: a four-year-old relative saw his mother taking the neck from inside the turkey and said, "I'm not eating a turkey penis."

Bwah! But he's got no sense of perspective. Or turkeys are hung.

I am awake now, so should probably go greet my houseguests!!
Doesn't posting count? Morning!

I love Buffistas. Been there, done this.

Happy New Year, Billytea!

I told him he wasn't going to win this game.

Sweet that he wanted to play though. But, yeah, not winning. That example only had a chance if it had happened to the bee-phobic or if wacky hijinks ensued. Maybe a mime.

Every time my phone rings today, I'm answering it with "No baby yet" just in case it's my mom again.

I cannot be the only person tempted to call you just because it'd be funny.

Something about starting the year with clean clothes and fresh sheets on the bed appeals.

This actually makes me want to change my sheets.

and watch things that are expiring from Netflix Instant Watch

Is there a page with all of the things that are expiring from WI soon? I cannot find one but it'd be kinda motivational for me to get on my ass and watch.

Also, what a rough time, shrift. Comforting stir fry is a good choice.

I am glad that LSO is home safely and that you are all warm and by the fire.

sarameg, Loki stories are always full of win.

eta: whoa, some wacky spacings.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I have yarn to start the box with, too.
