I hope you don't think that I just come over for the spells and everything. I mean, I really like just talking and hanging out with you and stuff.

Glad she's admitted Burrell. Hope a fast improvement for her.

The aunt whose house we are staying at is such a hoot. She talks non-stop and repeats herself all the time. repeats herself all the time. (just like that). She's been like this forever, I just have not been around her for a while.

The houses I have been in over this holiday have both made me want lots of old stuff from family members and made me want to go through and declutter a bunch more. OMG the stuff my family has in their homes. stuff stuff everywhere.

I got to meet the newest baby in the family last night. My cousin's baby. Mac was very jealous, but he got over it by the end of the night. He really loves little kids and babies, he has been playing for 2 days with my other cousin's 3.5 year old daughter. very cute watching the two of them play the wii together.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm glad they admitted your MiL, Burrell. Better there where they can keep an eye on her, for sure. I hope she starts feeling better soon. Pneumonia is no fun.

All of that. And happy anniversary, Amy!

Sweet!

I think I am going to have to gut it out here until 5. I'm afraid I've already read the whole internet!

Punishingly Intricate

Okay, this is bizarre. We got a gift from co-workers of Bob's. Totally unexpected. He is now having taxes on the value of the gift taken out of his payroll. Does that make any sense??

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Who is "he"? Bob or the giver. Is it a legal thing maybe?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Was it actually a gift from the company? If so that's not surprising. But if coworkers ponied up cash that's a little strange.

Sorry, "he" is Bob. The gift tag was signed by two co-workers not from his company name. But even if it was from the company why would we be taxed for it? That makes no sense. It wasn't something we asked for and had nothing to do with his work there. It seems super crazy to me.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Happy Anniversary, Amy and S!
