Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Whoa, Natalie Portman is pregnant. And engaged to a choreographer, Benjamin Millepied.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

How many legs does her fiance have?

Are you suggesting he's a milliped choreographer? Who suggested that preposterous hypothesis? Steve? What kind of rapping name is Steve?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Not a random choreographer, the choreographer from Black Swan, right?

In the ongoing eHarmony/Paypal fiasco, my credit union is a shining star today. I checked my account as I was eDepositing a couple of checks. Four NSF fees in one day due to the mess. First I called eHarmony about it and they faffed about before saying they would need to do a three way call with my bank. The person I was talking to was NOT a bright bulb, so I decided to call my bank myself and see if they needed to talk with eHarmony. Called the credit union, explained the mess, reviewed my account which now had FIVE NSF charges, and she kindly refunded all 5. I'll keep an eye out to make sure no more hit. I still don't have access to the money that is stuck at paypal, but at least my bank isn't negative anymore.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Whoa, Natalie Portman is pregnant

Two thoughts. First, that is going to be one beautiful baby. Second, my DH is going to plotz when he hears.

Still no word on my MiL, but they should be with the doctor right now.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I, too, laughed at the dancer named Millipied!

Thank god for your credit union, Suzi.

In tampon news, I hit the OB motherlode! The grocery store in the hood had plenty. Like, so many I could not afford to buy them all. I bought all of the mixed boxes they had

They had 24 boxes of ultra, though, and I don't use them, but I can go back tomorrow if anyone wants them. They are a 40 pack for $6.99.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The OB search missions crack me up. I'm so glad I haven't had a period for five years.

Burrell, much ~ma for your MiL.

I managed to keep some miso down tonight. But I feel like I've been hit by a truck. This is the first time I'm out of bed or off the couch.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ugh, poor Cashmere. Stomach bugs suck ass.
