I am at work, y'all. Post more.
This is what we are currently watching: [link]
But in a few minutes I am going to listen to the Festival of Lessons and Carols from King's College, Cambridge (streaming live on BBC international radio, and probably on your NPR station).
flea, that video is awesome! Love it. And thanks for the reminder about the lessons and carols.
Happy Christmas, bt!
Sorry about wee K's pinkeye, Sparky.
Amy, the cats wake me up before also, but I can feed them and get back in bed in 10 min and they leave me alone. The boys just would not stop making noise this morning.
But ... that involved getting out of bed!
I have so much wrapping to do. All of it, in fact. I hope we have enough tape.
Poor Kalee. Pink eye is no fun.
Man. This day is starting out great.
All my own fault, of course.
In the past 24 hours I needed to take out a ton of garbage, clean the litter box, find my Mark Bittman book and pack.
I waited to do all that this morning. (I did go to bed earlyish and wake up early.) So I cleaned out the litter box and went to put the new litter in. . . guess what?
No litter.
Luckily it was just a few minutes before Walgreen's opened and I was able to race down there, get the litter, my prescriptions (oh, yeah, my other errand) and get back. But, I cannot believe how many empty containers of litter I have hanging out. My slackeriness must be amended.
However, it is a nice mid-20s temp with lovely and picturesque snow falling. Not a bad walk if you're not in a hurry.
I am about to head out to Target, local chocolate shop, and maybe Joanns or Michaels. I had an idea of something to buy last night and now I cannot remember what it or for whom.
Gmail acting funky for anyone else?
Poor Kalee! I hope she's not too miserable on the flight.
It seems fine for me, Cash.
