my old boss at work wants to talk to me about "year-end", but won't do it via email. I can only think of 2 things that may be 1) he wants me to work more than the 1 hour/day I have scheduled for next week or 2) he had put me in for a bonus and is still giving me some of it even though I was only an employee half the year.

Really cannot imagine #2 happening. Do not want #1 as I will be visiting family. Maybe he just want to talk about how we manage my final departure from the bank, like sending back my BBerry and such.

I hope so too, or a re-thinking of making me stop working, or a request for highly paid work on the side for his non-work work (trying to start his own company).

We migrated to a new calendar system over the weekend. This morning there is nothing in my calendar, at all. Luckily I planned for this eventuality. But I really didn't want to have to spend my Monday morning making the new system work.

Eh, Kat, I don't really mind being here some of the day, as I have a ton of papers to grade, and I'll focus better here.

However...I have ZERO desire to be here till 4!! And I honestly don't think it'll be a big deal if I skip out earlier, esp. when I tell them my stepson's flight gets in and my sister is watching us till we get off work.

In fact, I think I might go tell someone now.

Any of those would be good! Good luck.

I don't feel that good. Of course, I don't feel bad enough to stay home, either. Bleh. ::koff koff::

Oh, msbelle, don't you have a list of fair trade and other socially conscious gifting somewhere? Can you link?

Also, I think my cat peed on my boots last week, and I thought I had cleaned them well enough, but now I'm not so sure. FML.
