I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The Pixar exhibit is pretty great, Consuela. I need to get back over there before it leaves, I didn't quite see it all.

My sister & I have frequently been taken for a lesbian couple, especially since we have different coloring and live in the East Bay.

I think it's kind of an interesting shift in cultural assumptions: the idea that two women together are more likely to be lesbians than relatives or just friends. Certainly context-dependent, I guess, based on wardrobe/style signals, what you're doing (i.e., an Indigo Girls concert), and the local culture.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

When I was in high school, one day I walked out of the house with my mother, and when we hugged good-bye, someone yelled "LESBOS!" out the car window at us. Good times.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Cute pictures, Kat!

I am, as anyone in Bitches is well aware, mid-college graduation marathon for my sis. I'm very proud, and also bored and tired.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The really disturbing part was we told them we were sisters, and they refused to believe us.

Because that's a really normal lesbian lie?

I don't think my sister and I look alike, but it really only takes five minutes to work out we were raised together. If you're really slow.

Oh, god, I need to do laundry. And I really should take the Gotham poster in for framing, as well as the Maori art my sister gave me last Christmas.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Of all the times my (blonde) friend Melissa and I have been called sisters, I don't think anyone assumed we were together. Odd.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

This has been driving me nuts the past couple of days - the snot color thing is a myth. Green snot is the result of your immune system fighting something, could be viral, could be bacterial, could be allergies. It's not a reliable method of diagnosing sinus infections.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I had a date look at a picture of me and my sister and assume she was my ex. And we do look alike.

Oh, good, because I really really don't want to go back on anti-biotics for this. The last 2-3 times I got antibiotics, I discovered I was allergic to them. I'm running out of options.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

good to know. thanks.

printer is hooked up and in doing so, I sorted all the cords and general set-up of the computer. Much better. Receipts are done and that cleared off a significant pile of paper from the desk too. YAY!

Now for wrapping presents (most to be taken to the parents tomorrow) and then setting up te craigslist stuff for tomorrow. Getting stuff out of the house = happy msbelle.
