The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What surgery, Kat?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

A bronchoscopy and possibly a laryngoctomy depending on what the bronchoscopy finds.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Sounds heavy. Hec, I'd like to show Emmett The Wire, but I know he is young for it.

He's about the same age Wallace was.

He's seen a bunch of clips. Including the chess scene and stuff with Omar.

Emmett's still growing. He's gone up about 3 inches in six months. He's almost 5'7" now. And his voice has dropped and he's getting the pimples, and just his regular krav workouts are making muscles on muscles.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Merry Christmas to me! CJ just brought in the mail. A card from a friend and a thick envelope from my dentist. I had some expensive dental work done a couple of months back and had to pay 50% up front with the expectation that my insurance would cover the rest. I figured the envelope was a bill for what insurance didn't cover. Nope - it was a refund of $440!!! So glad I didn't put off opening it cause I didn't want to deal with an ugly bill.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's great, Suzi!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Suzi, that's AWESOME!

Brenda, I have been thinking about your cubicle neighbor and things you could say that might be less "offensive." Jesus Garcia! I wonder if she is offended by all of the Spanish-speaking folks named Jesus?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Burrell and ita, Indian food on monday maybe?

Oh phooey. Monday night isn't good as we have a class parents thing to go to, but I could meet up in the day for lunch. But ita works. Tuesday?

ETA: er, reread your post. Not Tuesday.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, surgery~ma for Gracie! And no, I haven`t had the party yet, it`s Tuesday. I also spent four dollars at the thrift store and came home with lights and bead garlands and hangers. I am wiped from all this week`s stuff, but I am officially on break, so I should be able to get to it this weekend.
