Apparently I had signed up for catalog choice earlier. It asks you to request for each one you receive. DMA choice implies they do a blanket thing. I don't suppose doubling up could hurt.

re: Mormons tracking you down. If you have family members in the church, they may well be giving your name to the local group, in an effort to bring you into the fold. And the missionaries may not tell you they were referred to enhance the feeling of "God has found me! He really does care!"
Being nice to them is a good way to play with their wiring. If you can feed them, even better, because church headquarters cut their food money and told them they weren't supposed to accept dinner invitations from local members any more.
