Yikes.
Here's a nice way to end the work day on Friday: Champagne and watching a funny video with the team.

Hey, maybe we get champagne on Monday. This is totally a boozy company.
Yeah, I only wish it had started a couple of minutes sooner, because I really have to catch the early shuttle to get my CSA stuff in time. So I was like, "Awesome! Gotta run!!"
ION, I got an email about an alumni event here that I totally would have done, except I'll be out of town! Hmph. At least they have me on the right local list now.
With apologies to msbelle and our other Buffistas who are good at decluttering: you know what one of the advantages to being a packrat is? When you really want a jacket that resembles one on a piece of fan art someone did of you, there's a good chance that you have the sort of jacket AND trim necessary to create it stashed away in a box.
(Okay, fine. This epiphany doesn't work for everyone. YEMV.)
That was seriously awesome Jesse! I can now leave the building.
I know which jacket you're talkin' bout, Jilli!!
That was seriously awesome Jesse!
Right?
I feel you Jilli. As a costume person I have almost never regretted saving clothes, and in fact have regretted more the things I got rid of! Now I bring them right to the costume shop, though.
That video ws awesome, especially the fathers! Also, there was a seriously hot groomsman with glasses.
The groom in that video is the writer of the musical The Heights, and is also on the new Electric Company (most notably, he's the guy who does the "Silent E is a Ninja" song, of mac and msbelle fame.) Their wedding was in the Times last Sunday: [link] - and I saw the video last weekend and have been earwormed with L'Chaim all week!
Yeah, I had seen the announcement, but not actually watched the video.
