Vortex - I totally used the "metrics for success" question. And yeah, it gave him pause which made me feel good. Thanks again for your help.

What does it say about me that I enjoy stumping the interviewer? I need help.
right, Steph?! it's unpossible.
The only positive thing that I associate with 9/11 was the way we all got each other through it. Really. And it changed how I thought about the Buffistas, from "these are the people I talk about Buffy with [and they're smart, funny, and fabulously weird]," to "these are my people."
Completely and totally. Yes.

meara, I will be in DC for work from Oct 21 to 25. We should do a thing.
OH, neat, Dana! You should totally come up for our awesome fabulous show on the night of the 23rd in Baltimore. :) Failing that, I plan to head down to DC at some point on the 24th (afternoonish) and don't leave until late on the 25th, so totally possible. It'll be funny if we live in the same state and see each other in...the other Washington. :)

It was a fairly informal interview, and he got this momentary look of "the who with the what now?" The answer was even helpful - it was more "seeing that the trainees succeed" and less "getting projects done on time and under budget" - which is good for me.
