To be fair, I only dusted everything in my bedroom, not the entire apartment. Although that needs to be done, too.

quester, I found mine used on Craig's List. It's true that I was trolling through the waters obsessively but I did find one.
Goddammit. I'm convinced Wells Fargo is gaming me on the credit card, which is supposedly illegal now. I keep that thing paid down pretty regularly but it will always catch me on the one day I don't check and make that the day it's due.
I am babysitting my friend's darling little boy. He is so cheerful and is repeating everything and then giggling. Now he is all crashed out on the couch.
Why turn down the matchmaking sara? They're cool folks, they may know cool dudes!
I spent several hours gardening. Or rather, pulling up the evil morning glory that is attempting to kill all the other plans in my side yard. I now have a HUGE amount of yard waste that will not fit in my yard waste bin. Sigh. No idea what to do with it--can't leave it in the yard!
Cities often sell official bags you can put the extra plant waste in, meara.
Made the booksigning and the ice cream tasting, and it was well worth it.
For all my saying I didn't know an independent local bookstore, I do now--there's an independent mystery bookstore in Westwood that looks really cool. Deb Grabien did a reading there.
Now I will finish watching the Federer Djokovic match.
ran into my ex and his brothers at a local pub tonight. it had the potential for being awkward, but it ended up not being so. i was relieved. last time he and i "spoke" was when he texted me out of the blue after the flood in May.

A. Much as she's a ball of fun and current boy seems really nice( as did the ex of hers who helped her rebuild the porch,) she's well known for her suspect taste in men (might be nice guys but they turn into bad relationships.) B. I don't have TIME for that! C. Really have no need to coupleup, and frankly, idea of dating sends me screaming to the darkest corner of the basement, perhaps the crawlspace I'll prefer to pretend doesn't exist. That's time and energy and stuff, uhg.
And for your yard waste, start a compost bin? Or do what I do, make a pile/bag it and deal with it when there is room...
Timelies all!
Back from daytripping Intervention. Kind of odd for me, since only one webcomic I read was represented there. Of course now I have some other comics to investigate. Ended the day with Cosplay Burlesque. Not really my thing, though I don't know if it's that I don't care for burlesque, or that the MC was a bit of a douche. (and I could have really done without two skits referencing Saw or some other torture porn)
