Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Zenkitty, sorry if I've asked this before and forgotten, but where in TN is the farm? Or, in other words, how close will you be to Nashville?

Kate, NP, I don't think I've ever said. It's about 50 miles east of Nashville, near Carthage, in the middle of fucking nowhere, where "fucking nowhere" = "no cell phone reception on any carrier".

Sister got here at 8pm. We are still at my house.

Plus, what smonster said about the horrifyingly racist knickknacks for sale.

I haven't been in there in many years. I'm disheartened to hear they still sell those awful things. Not surprised, though.

Perkins, have a wonderful time!

Drew and I have decided that once this is all over, we are going on the most relaxing vacation ever invented.

Oh hell yeah. Preferably with full maid and dinner service and other people doing all the planning and thinking and laundry and schlepping.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hope you get to do that soon, Pix.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am making roasted cauliflower and pork chops for...breakfast? Yes, I suppose, having gotten up at 6 pm.

It smells really good.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Drew and I have decided that once this is all over, we are going on the most relaxing vacation ever invented.

I would recommend a spa weekend at the Arlington. Beautiful old-style hotel, mineral baths, massages, outdoor hot tub on the mountainside, national park with scenic overlooks nearby to go hiking in if you feel the need for exercise.

Being with my parents prevented my stay there from being my most relaxing ever, but the fact it was in the top five even with them present is a pretty strong recommendation.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Several consecutive nights of staying up 'til 5am may be catching up with me.

I think Matt has a good suggestion. My own would have also included hot tubs/springs, massages and also time away from internet and TV.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Kristin, are things feeling better with your mom here?

Also, I left Grace's food on the counter this AM. DOH. That's a batch of food to pitch. I just made more for her breakfast and whipped up a batch for dinner. I used to be more conscientious... now it's like, is there fruit? Vegetable? Grains? Proteins? Molasses? Oil? Fats? Good to go!

At yoga today, Linda Perry called me a downer (I am! I mentioned both the pertussis outbreak and arsenic in both apple seeds and almonds) and then someone else called me a hippie. When yoga people think I am a hippie, things have gone tragically askew.

Always Anti-fascist!

Cause he's Cool Lester Smooth, that's why. I've met more than a few women who kind of envied Shardene. I took a lot of shit for always defending McNulty, though. Because his evil boss is right. Jimmy is "addicted to himself" But somehow, he always has my sympathy. And mostly I don't mean porn by that.
