I Guess He Likes Buffy or Whatever: Buffy the Vampire Slayer Back Tattoo [Geeky Tattoo]
It kind of looks like it says "Death is your GIF."
Which I suppose is better than "Death is your JPG."

"Death is your animated GIF" would be better still.
Happy Birthday Spidra.

I would then prefer the Death that appears on Animaniacs who talks with a Swedish accent.

Heh.
ION, 19 outrageously pimped-out iPods
For those who feel what iPods are lacking is lots of gold and/or diamonds....
eta: The wood ones are pretty....
Heh.
The French film parody is pretty great too. Ahhh, Animaniacs. That was one of the most fun parts of the LA F2F. Crowding around in the party lounge on Saturday morning, eating donuts and watching cartoons and everybody singing the Animaniacs theme.
Dang. Buffy might very well be one of the few things I've retained love for long enough to consider getting a tattoo, but I would damn well walk into the parlor with my own design for reference instead of just telling him "go wild, dude." And possibly I'd bring custom stencils for the tattoo artist to use.
Heh. That's a pretty huge piece of work. If its real I'm sure it involved several meetings and stencils and inking sessions.
Lustful Court and other fun or unfortunate street names
Folks who live on Lustful Court in Macon, Georgia are lobbying for their street to be granted a name change. The county commissioners have suggested that the residents submit a petition. Yoshonda Patterson told the Associated Press "she thinks the name gives people the wrong idea about the neighborhood on the east side of Macon."
Also in the news this week, the UK's Bladder Lane and Butt Hole Road. And then there's the classic unfortunate street name used in England in the Middle Ages -- Gropecunt Lane -- "believed to be a reference to the prostitution centered on those areas," according to Wikipedia.
"Gropecunt Lane"? Oh dear.
"That's GROP-akent, thank you very much."
edit: the middle ages were so wonderfully straightforward.
I had motivation to do some things about two hours ago. I don't know where it went.
I demand a refund.
