I don't really remember thinking much about the pledge in school, we did it everyday in elementary school, I can't remember in middle school, and I know we didn't do it in high school. It was just part of the routine, and it didn't mean much because of that.
I don't fancy spending the next month trying to get librarian out of the carpet.
