Well, maybe it will be good for me and distract me from my itching! And my uncle's wife who actually knows how to conduct a conversation AND, possibly more importantly, can keep my uncle from being incredibly obnoxious will be there. I really wish my uncle was not so obnoxious, but he has been since I can remember, so it isn't even him being old!

If he's obnoxious to you, you can threaten to rub up against him.

Another lazy Sunday morning here...
Zenkitty- Hee!
I talked to my mother, and she was like-- "Your not going to play whiffle-ball!?!?" and I was like- "What part of sweating making me extremely itchy do you not understand!>"
Happy Birthday, meara!
bonny, just finished doing up your handbook a bit, and sent it back. Let me know if you have any other wishlist items for it. It's a great little pamphlet, nice job!
I just have to say this in thread, Java did an amazing and lightening speed upgrade on my doggy lama handbook. I am in awe and greatly appreciative.
Thanks Java!
I would love to do a CSA, but I'm only one person, and I worry that a lot of it would go to waste, since I will sometimes have entire weeks when I'm not home for dinner. I think that it would be fun to have the surprise every week, though.

Vortex, some CSAs offer half-shares. Also, if you can find a friend to go halves with you, that can help. I'm splitting a half-share with amyth. We'll probably look for another CSA with a different selection next year, but the weekly portions have worked out pretty well.
I hesitate to call it a CSA share, but I get a box of produce delivered once every four weeks. It's a little too much for one person, and some of it goes to waste but that's only because I haven't been on top of getting the quick to spoil items into some storable form. If I got it every week there's no way I could keep up, but it's a nice treat once a month to not have to shop and maybe get something I wouldn't have thought to pick up on my own.
