Talked to my SIL, she's booked her spa day for tomorrow, yay! She's having a blast and NOT missing the kids, which weirds her out, but honestly? She's not had a trip without them in 7 years. She's in Hawaii with her best friends who are picking up 90% of the tab. Girl should not miss the kids.

Guess what movie just came up in my queue? Red Dawn really doesn't hold up to my teen memories. And the DVD special feature? A "carnage counter" keeps a running tally of violent acts. So very wrong.
