I'm going to try to go to the Eat Real festival , and maybe get the yard slightly more tidied up while it is neither oppressively hot nor raining. Right now I feel like sleeping for approximately forever, so we'll see if any of that actually comes to pass.

Thank you Matt and Steph- I have family history, but no one in my family was diagnosed before age 64. Of course my grandmother was diagnosed because she collapsed in a shopping mall, and my uncle because he lost the sight in one of his eyes, so perhaps they had it younger and had less vigilent doctors? So, I understand why I am being tested, but the caramel latte was really sweet.
This weekend I am laying about airing out my rash (I fell 100% better naked, and then am going to a weird family party on Sunday. I am hoping my rash clears up a bit by then, because I am not sure I can face an outdoor meal with my family while wanted to tear my clothes off.

I knew I was forgetting something! I might go if I have time, but it is not looking likely.
This weekend I am going to try not to Take All The Ativan because of my stressy tenant news.
Also, I'm going to a fundraiser/auction at the beer bar we go to tomorrow. Drinking beer for the Gulf Coast! That might serve the same purpose as the Ativan.
So what are people doing this weekend?
Tomorrow I have a dentist's appointment, and then I am meeting a friend of mine from high school I haven't seen since graduation for sushi, and then I am seeing a friend of mine from a rival high school I haven't seen since those days either (although she's been in SF for at least a year by now, I think). Sunday, I'm working on my cancer pharmacology handout.
Oh, look, I hate everyone again. My god, what is with humanity?
Or, you know, me.
I am celebrating my daughter's SEVENTH birthday. Presents look like they will be clothes and books; it must be all downhill from six.
Run home from work and do laundry and dye hair. DH gets home from this week's junket very late, so pick him up around midnight. Saturday, we are going to help set up for friends' son's bar mitzvah at 7:30am. Then the event, then off to have dinner with a cousin and drop her at the airport. Sunday, help pack house for an old college friend's sister who lost her house to foreclosure.
Somewhere in there, I plan on sitting around some.
Just got off the phone with my brother. His speech is really impaired. At least we were able to crack some jokes for a while. I need to call my other brother and see how he's feeling about all of this.
This weekend starts with me having a beer, right now. After that, all I know is, I'm not working.
