Undoubtedly my verbal tics make you all crazy. Like msbelle, I'm sure they are present in my posts. Probably not as irksome as the content of the posts themselves, though.
My favorite verbal tic is to say, "And yet...." whenever a student wants to negotiate with me. The conversations look like this:
Student: "I think my grade should be higher because I did these things you said to do..."
Me: "And yet..."

I'd like to think I have no verbal tic past a couple fillers. I did spend too much time at a few previous jobs saying "Good luck with that!" and "How did that work out for you?" but that was more attitude than tic.
