Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Good luck with treatment, Perkins. Smite those evil cancer cells!

(((Perkins))) I hope treatment clears it up quickly.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Lots of ~ma to Perkins and ND.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I'm sorry, Perkins. That's not good. I hope treatment goes well.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Geez, Drew. No answer is the worst. Here's hoping that either they figure it out ASAP and can cure it with one pill OR it magically fixes itself, also ASAP.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good luck with the appointment, ND. I hope they figure out the problem and can fix it.

Do you want to talk about the course of treatment you will be having, or would you rather not have to get all medical on our asses?

Yes? Right now, things look good, but we are still waiting for some results, so there's not much detail yet, and I don't know what to expect.

Other than people being hugely supportive, because you all have proved that already.

Hubby's having ongoing pain on his right side that they can't ID. "It's your gallbladder." "That was removed 30 years ago." "They can kinda grow back." "The fuck?"

There are a few gallbladderish nodules, but they look OK. Maybe appendicitis, but the MRI (which he shouldn't have had because he hit his 10-year limit eight years ago, with more since) didn't show anything, so now they're going "Well, your spine is crap, it could be a pinched nerve."

He's very frustrated. If they've nuked him into weird growths, I shall be very peeved.

hey, ita, K had the Level 2 belt test last week. She was at Starbucks today and someone offered her a domestic abuse hotline or assistance card.

I thought of you!

Drew, if it's any help ginger ale, mashed potatoes, and yogurt were the first things my mom could keep down without discomfort after her recent gall bladder troubles.
