What do you make with fennel?
Raw, you can slice it really thin (like, lettuce-leaf thin) and mix it in with a salad. Really good with something with a citrusy dressing. Or, you can slice a little thicker and roast with other vegetables. I think I've seen a potato fennel soup somewhere, too.
