I don't know! I mean, they totally volunteered and want to, and my dad works from home so Frankie'd have less crate time during the day... but L would let him sleep with her and my friend J offered to take him to the dog park with his BFF. I have, uh, concerns about the effect spending a week with my mother might have on him. I know I'm just a newbie myself, but she needs remedial dog owner training. Plus, he'd be in a strange environment and dealing with The Cat Herd.
Or maybe I'm totally worrying for nothing (which I get from my mother, which is kind of the point) and they'd teach him to LOVE his crate and play "Heart And Soul" on the piano.
...I'm a doggie helicopter parent.
