Jilli, these: [link] I think I have them in a 7.5 or 8. They aren't comfortable enough to keep. I've worn them twice.

Stupid big feet.
I haven't bought shoes in over a year (well, one pair I returned because they didn't fit right.) And I've broken the heels on 2 staple pairs. I really need to replace the basics.
I haven't bought much clothing outside of workout stuff since I spent my xmas giftcards on pants that fit. I'm actually at a point where I need to replace quite a few basics, but just haven't found the time+patience combination to shop. Still haven't done anything about bras since the last epically distastrous Nordstrom's trip.
Oh jesus, Kat, they're GORGEOUS.
Kat, those are gorgeous, but not my style. But when you want to sell them, let me know if you want me to help spread the word.
They are gorgeous, but they aren't like my lovable minis which are comfortable. I can't teach a day in those.
Jilli, I knew they weren't your style....I saw that the Sweet Peas are on sale and am considering buying them. But I should off load the ones I have and don't wear first. Plus. I have no money.
Also, have I mentioned that I am IN LOVE with these: [link]

Also gorgeous! Look at that tooling!
But $406 boots are beyond what I can do. Plus, I have fat legs and they probably wouldn't work on my calves. But yes. I do love them.

I think that's my biggest problem with fashion. Even if I was rolling in money, I can't imagine spending $400 on a pair of boots. I saw someone on one of those bridal shows the other day spending more than $10K on her wedding dress, and my jaw hit the floor. I don't know if it's my frugal Scottish blood or what, but I just can't see it.
Now for certain first edition books, the whole equation would change while I was whispering "Precioussssss" and stroking it.
Edited because I can no longer post anything without either skipping a word or making a typo.
Funny, all this shoe talk and I've done something evil to my foot. It was bugging me a bit yesterday, but today it's bad. I think it is something with the whole baby toe structure. I can't think of anything I did except the perching while stripping the spindles or balancing precariously on the loveseat for the same (I should have move it and used the ladder, but I was lazy.) Basically it hurts ball to nearly ankle up those bones with every push off, or I sit with the outside of my foot and leg to the floor. Or when it flexes in the water.
If it doesn't let up in a few days, I'll mention it to my physical-therapist nurse neighborfriend. She actually LIKES giving armchair advice. She's an anomaly.
