So you bought multiples of shoe styles that fit and are comfortable ... this is a problem because?
I believe the disapproval came because I wasn't buying fuschia heels or being 'more creative' with my shoe wardrobe.
A girlfriend once nominated me for 'What Not to Wear' (I'm not even half as bad as all that) with an exasperated, "She doesn't know a THING about shoes!"
I just assumed that meant I should turn in my 'girl' card.
I've learned to be okay with the lack of that particular skill. I just wish I enjoyed them as much as other people do. For instance, I love Glamcookie's shoe pics. It just seems like so much fun.
Then again, some people like roller coasters and I'm TOTALLY okay without that little pleasure.

Yeah, I don't really feel the shoe love, either. Shoes sort of fall under the same heading as horses and dancing—things that make other people happy and that I hope they'll have as much of as they could ever want.

I love love love shoes. But I don't buy them anymore. One blessing to scarily premature babies is that there was no change in my shoe size and so all of the shoes I had previously still fit.
I am thinking of getting rid of one pair of fluevogs though since they don't really get worn.
