And happy 1st day of school, msbelle.

thanks for the well wishes. I hope things go smoothly for him.

Semi up with the cats. They actually had me up at 4:15, but I fed them half of their breakfast and went back to bed until 5:40. Why they insist on being fed 10 hours after the night feeding I am not getting. I think I may have to start putting out a wee bit of food right when we go to bed, that or get the spray bottle back out.

Hmm - didn't post that when I typed it. Well mac is at school. He had me walk him in and stay with him outside the gym (where they go to wait for the 7:50 bell for class)for 10 min.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oof - just got invited to our first Chuck-E-Cheese party. And it's one of Dylan's best friends, so I don't think I can skip it.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The one at the Atlantic Terminal, Jess?

Yep, that one. Maybe I'll send DH and stay home being too pregnant to leave the house.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I took my cat to the vet today. And guess what they told me? They told me the appointment was actually for tomorrow. (And I could have slept later, dammit!) But they saw Squeaky anyway. They're gonna do a heart x-ray and have a kitty cardiologist look at her to see if we can risk surgery for her tooth.

Because books.

Oh, Chuck E. Cheese. We haven't been to one in years, and I don't miss it. I think "too pregnant to leave the house" is the way to go, Jess.

msbelle, I hope mac has a good first day. Mine start next Monday, in their new school district, which is unreal. So not ready.

Was it Natter or Bitches where we talked about the dress code for the beach?

Improv Everywhere: Black Tie Beach

Several hundred Improv Everywhere agents spent yesterday afternoon at Coney Island and Brighton Beach wearing formal attire for the latest IE mission “Black Tie Beach”.

We covered a mile-long stretch of beach with a diverse group of people of all ages (from babies to sixty-somethings) laying out, playing games, and swimming in the ocean, all in formal wear. Agents were instructed to find cheap tuxedos and ball gowns at thrift stores for the occasion.
