That was just a rude NYer

He was a very drunk New Yorker.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

shocker that I am so deep in the hole 5 weeks after arrival: $233 at local hardware store, $124 Target (that is after returning some things), $148 BB&B, $106 Ross, $87 Petsmart, $103 Container store, $82 Staples (school supplies), and $325 in groceries. Good lord. Am stopping. No more shopping for a while. Even what I got at garage sales adds up to more than $100. Ack!

oh! and $177 at Ikea and $150 at JoAnns Fabrics (on lamps actually).

It took me two hours, but I now have a vat of tomato sauce. Just about everything that went in were fresh ingredients from the CSA. And now I only have... 12 tomatoes.

Seriously, they're breeding in the cupboard, aren't they?

Do you hate him or his dresses, Kat?

Him. I found him annoying and obnoxious on PR. His dresses post PR are better than the ones on the show, which were only okay. Well, the one Meryl Streep wore looked great and this one looks good on CH.

Lily Tomlin looks like she's kneeling.

which is appropriate because as TLo noted, she does look like a nun.

John Hamm's date's dress doesn't fit her. Good thing she's with him because he distracts!

So I am so tired I just: washed a pound of spinach and stored it and carved up the "splendid" melon (tastes just like cantelope to me, ftr.) Not sure if I'm doing this to avoid tomorrow or if I'm insane.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hamm had a date? Sure, perhaps.

Did Cumming look like he was going blond, or grey?

Ugh. I don't want to go through the returns process for the blouse. Is it really appropriate for the back of the bra to show, or are they expecting the chicas to be free?

In taking another look at CH's dress. The bodice and the waist are amazing but the bottom of the dress looks weird. Like it's too heavy.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I think the bra is supposed to show. I mean, what percentage of women can really let the chicas be free in daywear? And I've seen bra straps show from the back. I think I even have a shirt or two where it happens. Sometimes I am okay with it, sometimes really, really not.

If it wigs you, return it. Clothes should be comfortable both physically and mentally.

I'm not in love with CH's hair. It's disturbingly close to clown orange in those pictures.

msbelle, at least you have moving and setting up a new house as an excuse. I have been failing miserably at controlling my spending lately for no good reason (actually the big reason is Etsy), and I have the unbedging CC balance to show for it. I am putting myself on a spending diet, but it will be hard...my birthday is coming up and then Xmas after that. Fall is usually a spendy time of year for me.

At the office? It's really the only place I'd wear it. It describes itself as slightly sheer, but the posters made it not sound a big deal. So..you know...

I want a top in that style. I can't decide if a cami would fix my issues, or it would just be showing a cami instead.
