Maybe she'll think it's a pretty princessy thing?
I hope so. Then again, she's been so weird lately, I find myself hoping she doesn't freak out at anything.
But that's a whole downer LJ post about how I'm pretty sure I broke my kid.
I want to change our Halloween Party theme from Sci-Fi to Mythology now so that I can go as a Valkyrie.
Dude, why IS all religious headgear so funny-looking? I'M LOOKING AT YOU, POPE.
Yarmulkes are fairly innocuous, but there is just a shitton of fucked-up looking religious head fashion.
Pathfinder! AKA Aliens vs. Vikings
There were Aliens in Pathfinder? I thought it was just Native Americans vs Vikings! I was convinced they got the idea of the film from watching Monday Night Football.
Wait, there's another one? I was talking about Outlander, and Karl Urban isn't in that one.
Well spotted. Apparently I'm conflating two Viking movies. In my head, it was a really good movie...

Heh.
I love summer! We just had a Ben and Jerry's truck outside giving us free ice cream, and tomorrow the building is throwing an ice cream social! And Christopher Kimball walked by.

He DOES have awesome shoes, though.

Tomorrow MY building is having an ice cream social!
t looks around suspiciously for Jesse...
ION, I do NOT feel great.
Wow, that's great. I haven't ever lived or worked in a bldg that had an ice cream social.
Aw, Aims you didn't break her. Kids do all kinds of weird shit for whatever reasons their kid logic can come up with. My parents were afraid they raised a racist because I didn't like the only black kid in my pre-k class at a private school.
Turns out, I didn't like her grammar and she couldn't read, and the only reason I knew that was because she was the only kid I could stomach enough to even be around.
So, yeah, kids are strange on their own.
