Giles: I'm sure we're all perfectly safe. Dawn: We're safe. Right. And Spike built a robot Buffy to play checkers with. Tara: It sounded convincing when I thought it.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

He literally said, "Surely there is something we can agree on here!"

"Antimony" seems promising.

Coding and Sleeping

Fetch! is great. I mean it's not something I'm going to sit down and watch, but it's a great show for kids. SpongeBob is okay, but it gets old pretty quick. I like Phineas and Ferb so far even though it's same formula every single time (though that could be said of a number of adult sit-coms).

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I love this about cities too. I couldn't wait for my FiL to see In The Heights - when he was growing up there it was a very different place.

My dad grew up around there, too. He didn't want to come with us to see the musical, though.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh crap. Coffee isn't working this morning.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I saw SpongeBob once or twice when our niece and nephew went through a SpongeBob phase. I found it inoffensive and mildly entertaining, especially when compared to some of their other favorite shows. But I don't know how I'd have felt if I had to watch it regularly.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

But I don't know how I'd have felt if I had to watch it regularly.

I suspect I'd need drugs to watch SpongeBob regularly.

SpongeBob was genius compared to Zack and Cody.

Because books.

I like SpongeBob! Although a slightly altered consciousness does help with that sometimes.

information libertarian

I am in such a bad mood today. I am sort of actively looking for thing to raise a ruckus about. Must. Keep. Mouth. Shut. Except to hate on Spongebob. It's a show that celebrates stupidity. GREAT for children.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Zack and Cody? Is that the Suite Life show? That is the only kid's show I have banned for mac. Really awful stuff.
