Our wings are not tired.

Hil, list it for whatever you want and do not feel bad.

And for the most part, when we were building our house and stuff, it was clear that mostly, money buys you nicer materials. I mean, you still have a kitchen counter, it's just not made of formica. So then I was like, I don't think I need lots of money, because I like the surfaces I have. I don't need them to be nicer.

Liese, sometimes I think we are 90% the same person.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I come online and first post I see here is my last one:

I'm already annoyed at my kids. It's going to be a long Sunday.

Yep. Pretty much sums up my day. Annoying kids.

information libertarian

Welcome to most weekends with my family. I need much more alone time than small children want to give me.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I need much more alone time than small children want to give me.

HAHAHAH!

If I were thinking of what the mother's lament it would sound like, it must include the words "stop making demands on me!"

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I couldn't get to/stay asleep last night. I thought there was no reason, but it was apparently Buffista Hivemind insomnia.

Sorry about that. Yeah, last night pretty much sucked. I miss good sleep.

smonster, yes! Things like the plastic bags that string cheese comes in and the plastic around boxes of tea. I had more specifics in mind but I hab Sudafed dumb and cannot brane. Maybe I should ask tomorrow.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Gina!

Some plastic bags are recyclable, although typically they're the higher numbers that are more difficult to find recyclers for. I can only do plastics up through 6, and the bags I see marked are often 7s.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

No swim today. It looks like the isolated thunderstorm predicted for today (and for the next ten days) is almost here. Better hop in the shower quick if I want one today.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Gina!

Also? If I get another animal I'm totally naming it Mozzie.

I named my iphone Mozzie.

I went to Target, and Petco, and Costco, and work, and filled up the gas tank.

I was going to clean, but I would be a little surprised if that happened.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

That's generally referred to as plastic film recycling. Quick and dirty - do not put it in your curbside bin - they literally gum up the works and result in a lot of equipment down time and worker injuries. Recycle it where you recycle grocery bags. If the plastic is stretchy, it's probably a yes. If it makes a crinkly noise, no. Saran wrap is a no. Clean and dry, no food residue. Call Portland Metro solid waste if you're not sure about something. Trust me, they are used to crazy questions.

Lemme know if there's anything else!
