Well, if we followed the recipe...should be cake. A demon-violence-free-zone cake.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't know.

Anyway, wait a second. ita tried to bring this site into consideration in evaluating how much of a sci-fi fan I am. Buffy's not sci-fi! Sheesh.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know.

Yes you do. You just don't want to say.

Please let me rest my case now, okay? Seriously. I don't care if you weren't in the Firefly thread or discussing Dollhouse with the others. I AM SO FREAKING RIGHT ABOUT YOUR ASTERISK.

And I'm laughing out loud at my desk and trying to hide it with coughs. I'm crying with laughing at you, Jesse. I hope you're happy.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

when she was born, she cried. That's that last noise I heard from her, outside of breathing, until yesterday.

Oh, now I'm weepy. Grace giggling is a wonderful sound.

Also, I meant to respond to this

I say poop on ms. ita's definitions. I am a small sci-fi fan. SO THERE!

Of course you're a small sci-fi fan as you are WEE as a person.

I kinda feel like I'm going to spend the next few weeks trying to record Grace giggling. Noah has a great super loud gigle. With Grace, it's just the fact of its existence that feels incredible.

Because books.

Jesse is so busted. (Although I know what cosplay means, too. What have you people done to me? I think I'll blame Perkins and ita, just for fun.)

I kinda feel like I'm going to spend the next few weeks trying to record Grace giggling.

This sounds like an excellent use of time to me.

Apparently, I no longer know how to spell or punctuate, though. That's unfortunate.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I guess I'd be a medium-large sf fan, as I attend a significant number of conventions a year. (Most of them are literary or filk-oriented, though)

Commute this morning was fun, in the sense that isn't. Heavy-duty rain as I'm driving towards work. My car is not amphibious, so water covering the tires is scary.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Steph, *I* think that cosplaying involves acting like the character. But I defer to Jesse on this front.

Uh, I have a furry question. Do you have to dress up to be one? Or does just having lustful thoughts qualify you? I mean, is it about you, or your sexual inclinations? Or either? Or both?

Curse you, orange juice, curse your tastiness.

Now tagless for your comfort.

ita, guess what I'm eating for dinner right now. Go on. Guess.

Mini Mal killed me dead.

Ms. Grace's giggling? Best. Thing. Ever.
