Orange juice is a pure shot of acid. And it's not even quality OJ. I should really be sacrificing for the good stuff. But twice a week I have a meeting with a guy who drinks OJ during it, and I'm a weak person with bad pain aversion conditioning.
I'm sure the spicy lunch isn't helping. My god, I ruin myself.
But juice is such a pure shot of sugar!
Normally my juice consumption is diluted half and half with water. But diluted OJ is teh nast.

That's true, although tomato-y stuff is worse for me.
I could never drink it with lunch, though. My dad likes to drink it with popcorn at night while he watches TV, which is just weird.
