"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Whoo! Yes! We will make it happen. Do you know how early Fri/late Sun you`ll be there? Sat. is our busy day teaching. We don`t know yet if we`re booked to perform that night.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Friday we'll leave here in the AM (no nurse that day, I guess). Sunday, I think we'll have more flexibility! We're meeting my sis and niece and mom there instead of driving cross country. My dad will be staying with my brother. I'm glad NOT to drive to Ohio and I think Flagstaff is gorgeous so am excited to go.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I would love a Bancomat!

I want a Baconmat, for obvious right-thinking reasons.

I read it *exactly* the same way!

Ok, Sun is probably best for us too. I love Flag, too.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Ah damn. Thanks, Kat. Not sure what he'll go as, but remembered they had cute ones at that site. I bought my nephew a monkey costume from there that was ridiculous in its cuteness.

There are still operating automats? In America?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Glad to hear your travel plans are resolved Kat.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

sara - redoing all that wood is so cool. I am going to post pics of my projects soon. They are so much smaller and yet I cannot get myself to start them.

Kat - I am glad the travel got resolved.

Operation get up with the cats was a success in that I am up (have been up over half an hour) and not feeling too bad. We'll see how I feel this afternoon. I think if I continue to do this, I will need to program the coffee to already be brewing.

Crazyass storm out there right now. Woke me up at 7:15 after the power apparently blinkered when my alarm was supposed to go off. I guess that's good.
