Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Three-bean salad for lunch. Huge bowl of it left. May be lunch all week. It's really good, though.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Aww, home ~ma, Nilly and DH!

Belated Birthday wishes, Fred, and I hope it was happy! Wishing you a good year ahead.

Birthday Felicitations, Katie! I hope there's cake! And ice cream!

Aims, I'll deal with you On the Day.

What'd ya get, msbelle?

Coooffffeeeee. I'm prolonging the imbibing of my second cup. It's good coffee.

I got a bunch of stuff for my car: windsheild shade, steering wheel cool cover, backseat organizer, between front seats thing to hold crap, cup holder to go on air vent, then some potting soil, fertilizer, weeding tool, and organic plant food, then a water shirt for mac, then a full length door mirror, then 3 things that are going back: a retractable 4 line clothes dryer and 2 motion sensor light socket thingies - non of which work. After I take the stuff back, it will be less than $100.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Damn, you live in Texas AND you have a car? That's crazy.

I should walk to my parents' but I think I might be too lazy today.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Gosh, Nilly, I hope your housing situation gets much much better very soon!

Belated Happy Birthday to Fred Pete, present Happy Birthday to KatarinaB and future Happy Birthday to Aims (I'd wish it tomorrow but I'll be at the funeral so I'm pretty sure I'll be offline most of the day).

I just found out my eldest brother is here. Wonder what snotty things he'll have to say to me? Gah.

Just finding ways to kill time while I remain a little stranded here. Unable to bike/walk much because of my knee injury but not owning a car and LA distances being so darned big. Will continue unpacking boxes, I guess.

Happy (late) Birthday, Fred Pete!!

Happy Birthday to Katarina B!!

Ugh, woke up at 2, and I even tried to go to bed earlier last night (and did.)

msbelle, I may have to take you up on your waking&working buddy offer.

Since you have Mac, you prolly wake up earlier than I do. How would you want to do this?

So cool! I want one for our bedroom in the summer. Except for the part where they're over $2500. Le sigh.

ETA: And Mental Floss' store has about 8 zillion t-shirts I need.
