CV your daughter is beautiful!
I should be making breakfast for my kids right now, but instead I am drinking coffee and listening to Dead Can Dance and finding it very hard to motivate myself to do anything but that.
I get to see my bestest friend in HS today! Yay! She always makes me happy.
Owen just composed a letter:
Dear Disney Channel and Tim Allen Producer,
Can you plese make a originel movie staring Selena Gomez
Plese return if you can then name it Romanc with Owen.
Then come to my house on Sept 1st.
Awww, Owen. I'm sure Selena will wait for you to grow up.
Lucky Burrell to get to have face time with her bestie.
Skipping so much (while living in a moving-out-of-an-apartment with no-apartment-to-move-into because we-had-a-contract-blown-up-in-our-faces *twice* sort of hell dimension, with no internet, obviously, but I so totally digress) because on top of all the mess, I've missed birthday wishes for several Buffistas: Fred Pete (on the 5th of August) and scrappy (on the 6th), and it's Katerina Bee's today, and will be Aims' tomorrow (the 9th), and I have no idea when I may even have another glimpse at my beloved not-so-virtual world, so I'll send early wishes to Franny already, even though her birthday us not unti the 24th.
Belated - though not less warm, by that - wishes to all!
OK, deep breath. It's all going to be just an adventure to laugh at in later times, right?
Ha ha, Owen! He starts off so reasonable...
Dishes clean, peach cake in the oven.
Yikes, Nilly! Good luck actually moving into a new place!
And happy birthday to Katerina Bee, and belatedly to Fred!
Sounds like a truly epic disaster story in the making, Nilly. Good luck finding a new place quickly!
Good luck in finding a new place, Nilly!
There is a special place in hell where you must wear latex gloves and use masking tape.
Gonna go swim now.
Yipes, Nilly! I hope things smooth out soon. And thanks for the well wishes on Franny's behalf.
Happy birthday Katerina Bee! And Aimee too! (Just in case I don't get to a computer tomorrow.)
Cash, that is the funniest thing I've read in DAYS.
