Zeppelins and Pixie cuts! Thanks Tom and tommyrot!
I concur with Amy's assessment - very much in the style of Mia Farrow's pixie cut. (As distinct from Morena Baccarin or Jean Seberg's pixie cuts.)
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, pandas, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

If any y'all want to see my class project, a pathfinder on Hominids, here it is!
Also, you can't really compare 2008 to now. This is the first time corporations can donate out of their corporate funds-from another article.
Which is why I made the caveat. But I bring the historical data to show that they did have a choice in who to support within the parameters that were there previously and as a corporation they have historically chosen to support both parties.
That being said, while I don't like that they spent $150K on a group that supports a total douchebag, looking at their overall picture and knowing that Target spends millions of dollars in direct support of their gay employees and those employees' spouses and/or domestic partenerships in direct benefits. I, personally, am choosing to see THAT as Target's position on gay equality. Not everyone gets everything right all the time. Not individuals and not giant corporations.
I'm not even sure total douchebag covers it.
There's this (BTW these people are likely to be regular Target shoppers) [link]
And this [link]
But this is what makes it beyond the pale [link]
I wasn't happy with how the group chose to spend the money, but Target is a single issue voter.
They are. Corporate greed at the expense of others. Now that they put their money where their mouth is (god, I never thought that ruling would screw with grammar too) they don't get mine.
And this is why corporations aren't people!! If my Orthodox friend was going to be a single-issue voter, she would have voted for McCain -- but she remembered how she has to live here, and added up what he would do to the US vs. what he would do for Israel, and seriously. Seriously.
Now that they put their money where their mouth is
How is one $150,000 contribution put toward one local PAC worth more than the millions in direct benefits to supporting their LGBT their employees annually, worldwide putting their money where their mouth is?
In the sense that they said they gave the money because he is corporation friendly.
I have a friend who is a buyer/director of something or other who benefits from their policies. I still think that donation was a massive fail.
No, they said the PAC they donated to is corporation friendly.
And it was a massive fail - I won't say otherwise. But I don't think that looking at one donation to one group is the entire picture when historically, Target has supported lots of issues on both sides of the fence is entorely fair to say "That's what they believe".
Edited to finish my thought that suffered from Childus Interuptus.
